We’ll combine rows, presses, push-ups, pulldowns, and shoulder stability work to build defined back, chest, and arm strength—while protecting shoulders with form-first progressions. Sessions blend controlled tempo, range-of-motion work, and accessory finishers so you leave feeling strong, sculpted, and balanced from lats to triceps.   • A supportive, beginner-friendly small-group class designed to help women build confidence, strength, and solid movement patterns — without the intimidation of a big gym. In this 60-minute session, you’ll train alongside other women as your coach guides the group through a series of low-impact strength, simple cardio, and core circuits. Every exercise includes clear demos, form cues, and options so you can adjust weight, range of motion, and tempo to your current level. Come ready to move, learn, and find your first rep.
